TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By accessing and using this website and as a Right Hand Lifestyle & Estate Management (RH – LEM) client, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. In addition, when using this website’s particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms and Conditions.
ANY PARTICIPATION IN THIS SITE (Righthandestatemgmt.com) and as a RH – LEM client WILL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE ABOVE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE and/or SERVICES.
1. APPLICATION PROCESS:
Membership applications are subject to Right Hand – LEM’s sole discretion. Applicants will be notified by Right Hand – LEM if their Membership application has been accepted. If a Membership application is rejected, Right Hand – LEM is not required to disclose its reasons.
2. SERVICES:
RH – LEM will provide Lifestyle & Estate Management Services as noted on our website here to the client and as per the service agreement executed between both parties.
Office Hours are: 8:00 AM PST – 5 PM PST. Any hours beyond office hours will be billed at an hourly rate.
RH – LEM may utilize subcontractors as they deem necessary to complete tasks and clients will be notified in advance if this will be necessary and we will get your full approval before making any purchases. Personal and private information will not be released to subcontractor in order to protect client’s identity and sensitive information.
RH – LEM will not be held accountable or be liable should your request for a 3rd party product or service not meet your expectations.
3. FEES:
Fees will be charged as per the Service Agreement executed between client and RH – LEM.
4. TERMS OF BILLING AND PAYMENT:
Client will be billed in advance for agreed upon period, see service agreement. Payment for outside vendor services is due at conclusion of service unless prepayment is arranged and services, merchandise, and all applicable fees are covered. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, check or cash.
Services will begin once payment is received. Client agrees there shall be no refunds once services are rendered.
5. CANCELLATION OF SERVICES AND REFUNDS:
Monthly packages and memberships are ongoing, we require 30 day written notice for cancellation of both by either party. Upon termination, RH – LEM shall deliver all records, notes, data, passwords and information under RH – LEM possession, which is client’s property or relate’s to client’s business.
For product order cancellations, a written request must be submitted in writing 7 days in advance and will be subject to any third party terms and conditions. Client will be responsible for service provided for the ordering of product, but will receive applicable product refund. We will honor any request, as long as it is legal, ethical and reasonable. We have the right to cancel services if request falls outside of our business and ethical values.
6. PARTNERED SUPPLIERS AND SERVICE PROFESSIONALS:
When possible, RH – LEM will introduce a reputable partnered supplier or service professional to better serve you.
The contract for work to be carried out by the supplier or service professional is between the client and the company involved. RH – LEM is not party to that contract.
It is the responsibility of the supplier or service professional to communicate its Terms and Conditions to the client.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY:
Our clients, and other parties with whom we do business, entrust RH – LEM with important information relating to their businesses and lives. It is our policy that all information considered confidential will not be disclosed to external parties or to employees without the prior written consent of the Client. RH – LEM will protect the information and treat it as strictly confidential. A confidentiality violation will be material violation of this Agreement. The provisions of this confidentiality agreement shall remain in full force and effect after the termination of the Agreement. The parties agree mutually to respect the information herein as confidential, provided that it is not public information.
8. COPYRIGHT:
RH – LEM and its developers and/or suppliers own and retain the copyrights and the materials found in the RH – LEM website. No one has permission to copy or republish, in any form, any information found on the RH – LEM website.
9. BLOG, LINKS AND AFFILIATE MARKETING:
All content and links provided on the RH – LEM website and blog is for informational purposes only. The owner of this blog makes no representations as to the accuracy or completeness of any information on this site or found by following any link on this site.
The RH – LEM website and blog accepts forms of cash advertising, sponsorship, paid insertions or other forms of compensation.
This website and blog abides by word of mouth marketing standards. We believe in honesty of relationship, opinion and identity. 10. REFERRAL FEES:
If Client refers a new client to RH – LEM and new client purchases a service from RH – LEM Client will receive a 10% discount for future service package after new client has made purchase.

This site and its components are offered for informational purposes only; this site nor any third party provider shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.
You agree that RH – LEM may make changes to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, or any other policy and will be posted on this website or emailed to you directly.
12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT:
This Agreement contains the entire agreement and understanding among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior written or oral agreement between the parties. This agreement may be modified or amended if the amendment is made in writing and is signed by both parties.
13. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
In no event shall Right Hand Lifestyle & Estate Management be liable under this agreement for any consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages including, without limitation, lost profits, whether based in contract, tort or otherwise, even if Right Hand Lifestyle & Estate Management has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy. In no event shall Right Hand Lifestyle & Estate Management aggregate liability under this agreement for any claim exceed the aggregate amount of the order. Without limiting the foregoing, Right Hand Lifestyle & Estate Management shall have no liability for any failure or delay resulting from any governmental action, fire, flood, insurrection, earthquake, power failure, riot, explosion, embargo, strikes whether legal or illegal, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slowdown or any other condition affecting production or delivery in any manner beyond the control of Right Hand Lifestyle & Estate Management . Client acknowledges that Right Hand Lifestyle & Estate Management has entered into this Agreement in reliance upon the limitations of liability set forth herein and that the same is an essential basis of the bargain between the parties.
14. JURISDICTION:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the laws of the State of California.
Third Party Code of Ethics Agreement
Introduction:
Right Hand – Lifestyle & Estate Management is committed to conducting business in an ethical and legal manner. We insist that our third parties maintain the same standards that we do, with the same focus on ethics, integrity, and social responsibility that we value.
Right Hand – LEM third parties are expected to conduct business with integrity and mutual respect and to uphold the highest standards of ethics and behavior. Right Hand – LEM Third-Party Code of Ethics describes the minimum standards of ethical and responsible conduct required for our third parties.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
All third parties must comply with all applicable laws, codes and regulations in the jurisdictions in which they operate. This includes, but is not limited to, laws and regulations relating to anti-money laundering, bribery, competition, corruption, Privacy Acts and General Data Protection Regulations.
Bribery and Corruption:
Right Hand – LEM expects third parties to conduct business transparently, honestly and fairly. To that end, third parties must abide by all applicable anti-corruption laws, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). You must not attempt to influence others, directly or indirectly, through the offer, promise or payment of a bribe or anything else of value to gain or retain a business advantage, regardless of local law or custom. You must be careful to avoid even the appearance of such conduct and you must refrain from actions that could harm Right Hand – LEM’s reputation in any way. “Anything of value” means just that. Whether in the form of cash, gifts, entertainment, favors, charity or any other item or service, providing or offering anything of value to influence business decisions is against Right Hand – LEM policy.
Client Personal Data:
Protecting our client’s information is crucial to us. As a Right Hand – LEM third party supplier, you warrant that you will comply with any applicable data protection, privacy or similar laws, including but not limited to, the California Consumer Privacy Act “CCPA” (2018), and the General Data Protection Regulation “GDPR” (2018) that apply in relation to any personal data in connection with this Agreement (hereafter, “Protected Data”). Third parties shall obtain written consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of providing goods and/or services. You further agree that you will neither retain nor sell Protected Data, and that you will process and secure Protected Data with the highest standard of care. Third Party Supplier will indemnify, defend, and hold Right Hand – LEM harmless against all claims.
Credit Card Security:
Third Party is responsible for the security of any card holder data (Credit or Debit) that Right Hand – LEM provides to you, or if a Client/Member sends their credit card/bank information directly to you. Right Hand – LEM reserves the right to terminate any Agreement for services with immediate effect should your security procedures not meet acceptable standards. Third Party Supplier will indemnify, defend, and hold Right Hand – LEM harmless against all claims.
Conflicts of Interest:
Third parties should avoid engaging, soliciting or accepting any activity or business from companies, sources, members/clients that would conflict, interfere or even create the appearance of a conflict with their business with Right Hand – LEM. Third parties must disclose any potential conflicts to Right Hand – LEM in writing as soon as they recognize them. Any engagement that goes against this policy shall constitute grounds for Right Hand – LEM to terminate this Third Party Agreement.
Liability Insurance:
Right Hand – LEM shall not be held liable in relation to the goods and/or services provided by Third Party. You agree to assure Right Hand – LEM against any claims made by any person or entity against Right Hand – LEM in respect of any loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by the delivery of any goods and/or services.
Third party agrees to maintain up-to-date General Liability insurance in amounts appropriate for inherently dangerous activities, including but not limited to: automotive transport, nautical excursions or boat charters, helicopter charters, aviation charters, extreme sports, etc.
Third Party Terms and Conditions:
Third Party will provide to Right Hand – LEM any Terms & Conditions relating to booking prior to engagement, or they will have no effect. Including, any cancellation, refund, or scheduling terms must be clearly stated at the outset of the engagement.
Service or Commission Fees:
Third Party agrees to pay Right Hand – LEM, in exchange for the services rendered, an agreed upon commission rate will be invoiced from the sales price of the services or products sold by Right Hand – LEM.
Billing for Service or Commission Fees:
Invoices to Third Party will be due upon receipt, any accounts not paid within 30 days of the date of the invoice are subject to a 2% monthly finance charge.
In the event of an untimely payment, Third Party will be notified in writing and shall constitute grounds for Right Hand – LEM to terminate this Third Party Agreement.
